OPINION:

DECISION

BY THE COMMISSION:

This matter is before us by order of Commissioner Moran granting a petition for review filed by the Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers International Union and its Local 6-16, an authorized employee representative.   The petition included several exceptions to a decision issued on April 5, 1976, by Administrative Law Judge James D. Burroughs.   On February 27, 1977, a notice of withdrawal of its   [*2]   petition was filed with the Commission by the authorized employee representative.   There is, therefore, no objection by any party to the Judge's decision.   In these circumstances the decision is affirmed.

So ORDERED.
