BRIEFING NOTICE (EXPEDITED SCHEDULE) The Commission requests that the parties brief the following issue: Did the judge err in finding that the informal settlement agreement executed by the parties on July 10, 2013, was not mutually rescinded? In particular, the parties should address the significance of the Solicitor of Labor’s communications with Respondent. The briefing schedule will be simultaneous and expedited as follows. Briefs are due from both parties by July 15, 2014, and reply briefs are due from both parties by August 4, 2014. Briefs shall otherwise be filed in accordance with Commission Rule 93.1 Any party who does not intend to file a brief is asked to notify the Commission of its intent in writing within the applicable time for filing briefs and serve a copy on all other parties.
