The petition included several exceptions to a decision issued on April 5, 1976, by Administrative Law Judge James D. Burroughs.? On February 27, 1977, a notice of withdrawal of its? [*2]? petition was filed with the Commission by the authorized employee representative. ?There is, therefore, no objection by any party to the Judge’s decision.? In these circumstances the decision is affirmed. So ORDERED.? “
