In that decision it severed docket numbers 79-6392 and79-5062 and remanded them to the Chief Administrative Law Judge. Docketnumbers 79-3813 and 80-1602 were severed and remanded to AdministrativeLaw Judge Dee C. Blythe. Subsequently, the Chief Administrative LawJudge assigned docket numbers 79-6392 and 79-5062 to Administrative LawJudge David G. Oringer.RSR Corporation filed a petition for review of the consolidated cases tothe United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. On June 3,1983, the court stayed the Commission’s remand orders pending judicialreview of the issues raised in the petition. In its decision, the courtaffirmed the Commission’s orders. RSR Corp. v.
