Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS, Inc.) is the owner and parent company of both Suncoast and UHS-DE.1 Pursuant to written management agreements drafted by UHS-DE’s legal department, UHS-DE is the management company for all of UHS, Inc.’s subsidiary behavioral health centers, including Suncoast. As the management company, UHS-DE provides oversight as well as a wide array of services to these centers.
