The parties and interested amici are requested to brief the issues presented in the Secretary’s petition for discretionary review. Any amicus curiae shall file its brief within the time allowed the party whom the amicus supports. No reply brief of an amicus curiae will be accepted. Additionally, any amicus curiae brief filed should identify the interest of the amicus and shall state the reasons why a brief of the amicus is desirable. See Commission Rule 24.
