The OALJ is extending the opportunity for the parties to Commission proceedings to participate in remote hearings (using Webex) and settlement conferences (using Zoom) to minimize in-person contact during the COVID 19 pandemic. Both platforms are free and can be accessed on a home desktop computer, or laptop, or cell phone.
