AI Use Case Inventories

The Office of Management and Budget directs each agency in M-25-21 to inventory its AI use cases at least annually, submit the inventory to OMB, and post a public version of the inventory on the agency’s website. OSHRC’s AI use case inventories are provided below.

AI Compliance Plan

OMB directs each agency in M-25-21 to submit to OMB and post publicly on the agency’s website either a compliance plan to achieve consistency with OMB’s memorandum, or a written determination that the agency does not use and does not anticipate using covered AI. OSHRC’s current compliance plan is provided below.
