On July 23, 2024, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) conducted an inspection of a car dealership undergoing construction in Puerto Rico, Saipan. During the inspection, Compliance Safety and Health Officers1 (CSHO) observed Respondent’s employees working on a scaffold with deficient planking, handrails, and stair rails, which exposed them to a fall hazard ranging from 5 to 20 feet.
