TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is a crane service provider based in Houston, Texas. In May of 2016, a TNT employee suffered serious injuries when part of a crane being disassembled by a TNT crew in Georgetown, Texas, contacted a power line. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration conducted an inspection and issued TNT a serious citation alleging two violations of the Cranes and Derricks in Construction Standard, 29 C.F.R. § 1926.1400, with a proposed penalty of $24,942
