AI Use Case Inventories

The Office of Management and Budget directs each agency in M-25-21 to inventory its AI use cases at least annually, submit the inventory to OMB, and post a public version of the inventory on the agency’s website. The AI use case inventories for the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) are provided below.

AI Compliance Plan

OMB directs each agency in M-25-21 to submit to OMB and post publicly on the agency’s website either a compliance plan to achieve consistency with OMB’s memorandum, or a written determination that the agency does not use and does not anticipate using covered AI. OSHRC’s current compliance plan is provided below.

Waivers

OMB directs each agency in M-25-21 to post a summary describing all individual waiver determinations, as well as their justifications, or indicate that the agency has no active written determinations or waivers. OSHRC presently does not have any active written determinations or waivers.
