On October 6, 2016, Respondent was inspected by the St. Louis Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”). During his inspection, Compliance Safety and Health Officer (“CSHO”) Robert Robles observed employees working on a roof located at 5417 Gareth Drive, Weldon Spring, Missouri without fall protection.
