On December 9, 2016, the Secretary, through the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), conducted inspections of two residential construction sites in the Devonshire Park subdivision in Lawrenceville, Georgia. As a result of the inspections, OSHA issued1 citations under two different inspection numbers to Fama Construction, LLC,2 on June 6, 2017, pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (the Act), 29 U.S.C. § 651-678, with proposed penalties totaling $199,179.00.
