On and before April 5, 2017, Respondent was the general contractor of a construction project known as Preserve at the Villages located at 1015 Manatee Avenue East, Bradenton, Florida 34208 (“the jobsite”, “worksite” or “work site”). (Tr. 24; Ex. 19, ¶11, at 3).
