The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspected three of Respondent’s worksites: one in Morristown, New Jersey, and two in Old Bridge, New Jersey. As a result, and for each of these three inspections, OSHA issued Respondent a Citation and Notification of Penalty (Citation) for alleged violations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. §§ 651-678 (the OSH Act).
