Countryside Tree Service is a sole proprietorship of the Respondent, Mr. Tony Watson, that is engaged in the tree service business in Schenectady, New York. On May 4, 2016, a five- person crew that Watson led was removing trees in a residential area when a new employee – his first day on the job in the tree service industry – got ensnared in the Respondent’s woodchipper and was killed.
