On July 10, 2020, Administrative Law Judge Keith E. Bell issued a “Remand Decision” in response to the Commission’s May 15, 2020 Order regarding Respondent’s petitions for interlocutory review. The judge’s decision was docketed on July 13, 2020. Because the judge’s decision does not resolve the citations at issue in this case, we direct review and remand the case to the judge for further proceedings.
