Open Commission Meeting, August 30, 2012, Building a Legacy: Innovative and Effective Case Resolution at the Commission Level

In accordance with the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, Pub. L. 104-231, 110 Stat. 3048 (codified as amended in 5 U.S.C. 552) (e-FOIA), we provide the following records, which were created on or after November 1, 1996, electronically over the internet:

(1) Final decisions including concurring and dissenting opinions as well as orders issued as a result of adjudication of cases;

(2) OSHRC Rules of Procedure and Guides to those procedures -- Guide to Review Commission Procedures, Employee Guide to Review Commission Procedures and Guide to Simplified Proceedings; and

(3) A general index of and copies of (a) records that have been released under the FOIA that, because of the subject matter, the Commission determines have become or are likely to become the subject of subsequent requests for substantially the same records; (b) records that have been released to a person under the FOIA and have been requested three or more times; and (c) records that the Commission determines, absent a FOIA request, could be of significant public interest:
