James J. Sullivan Jr. Sworn in as Chairman of the Commission
James J. Sullivan, Jr. was sworn-in today as Chairman of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Chairman Sullivan, who was unanimously confirmed as a Commissioner by the U.S. Senate on August 3, 2017, was elevated to Chairman by President Trump on July 19, 2019. He fills the seat previously held by former Chairman Heather MacDougall.
