Ajin manufactures automotive parts at its plant in Cusseta, Alabama, to supply Hyundai and Kia facilities. The plant consists of a main manufacturing building with a warehouse building behind it, measuring more than 70,000 square feet. The warehouse, referred to as the “CKD warehouse,” is the location of the violations alleged in this proceeding. Ajin employed over 600 employees at the Cusseta plant at the time of the inspection.
