On September 11, 2015, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) commenced an inspection of an ice manufacturing facility located in Hicksville, New York, that is owned and operated by the Respondent, Arctic Glacier U.S.A., Inc. (Arctic Glacier).
