On November 8, 2017, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., as part of the American Bar Association’s 11th Annual Section of Labor and Employment Law Conference, the Office of the Solicitor of Labor’s Divisions of Occupational and Mine Safety and Health, OSHA, MSHA, and the Occupational and Mine Safety and Health Review Commissions will host a brown bag lunch to allow registrants of the conference to interact with leadership and staff of several agencies involved in the enforcement of occupational safety and health and to discuss legal issues, address initiatives and relevant cases, and answer questions.
