James J. Sullivan, Jr. was sworn-in today as Commissioner of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Mr. Sullivan was nominated by President Trump to fill a term expiring April 27, 2021 and was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate on August 3, 2017.
